The design of small balls enables the bearings to have high-speed performance, high rigidity, and low heat. The rings are made of IQ-graded bearing steel with high purity. The unique technology of heat treatment, cold treatment, and material modifications dramatically increase bearing fatigue life.
Contact Angle: 30°. The special treatment for the dimension deviation of the outer ring causes the clearance between the outer diameter of the outer ring and the inner diameter of the housing, which enables the bearings to support the radial loads only. The back-to-back arrangement is generally used.
